I tailor my treatment around each person’s individual need. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and REBT to help clients change unhealthy thinking patterns and challenge cognitive distortions so they can overcome barriers and find more happiness in their lives. I have experience working with many different mental health disorders including stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship distress.
